Q. When will my order be sent?
A. Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri before 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be sent the following WORKING day. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. We ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery.

A. We use a courier service for delivery.This service is 3-4 days.

Q. What will I be charged for delivery?
A. Delivery is charged at a flat fee of £8.

Q. Can you ship orders overseas?
A. No unfortunately we can only ship to the United Kingdom

Q. What if my ordered item(s) is not in stock?
A. On the extremely rare occasion an item(s) is out of stock you will be contacted by e-mail with an estimated delivery date.
